The Communications Authority of Kenya hereby gives notice that the website smartpanel.co.ke has been permanently banned and blocked from access within the Republic of Kenya, effective March 1, 2025.
This action was taken following a formal investigation and determination by the Authority that the said website engaged in conduct deemed harmful, illegal, and contrary to public interest under Kenyan law. The block applies to all Internet Service Providers (ISPs) licensed to operate within Kenya.
